When returning goods, the returned product must be complete, in original and resalable condition and complete with all packaging. Once the goods have been returned to us your PayPal account will be refunded.

The cost of shipping is not refundable, with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by us.

We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
